Vlier Consult can build on a network of experts. The last 20 years I had the pleasure to work for a large global company based in San Jose. This experience allowed me to learn a lot in the many leadership roles through various local and global organizations. I have been an technical support engineer, a team leader, started new teams and hired people from all over Europe, I have been a senior manager of large teams, managing escalations for large enterprise and service provider global customers, and I am an expert in process, policies, structure and implementation. I have been writing and implementing new job description for large groups, and I have developed expertise in HR on and offboarding processes. I managed and builded PMO's in Europe and globaly and have been a program manager for large, business critical or confidential strategic programs.
I can also build on my technical expertise in IT from building a network or improving the network into the creation of new IT policies, RACI and Governance install, vendor negotiations and identifying the best solutions for the customer.
During my spare time I enjoy riding my racing bike. I am also the proud founder and president of a cycling team with over 250 members

Founded in 2020
I started as business consultant in October 2020 and you can contact me for any business problem at a democratic price. After a week iI already have my first 2 engagements, one in the IT domain another in the area of cycling tourism.
My goal
And it's not just about the right solution but as well the eye for detail where needed, the operational rigor, the quality and correct implementation that will build a succesfull solution for the customer.
